Multi-Family Project - Berlin, NH
On North Main St. in Berlin, NH is a 100+ year old triple decker that has recently undergone a major transformation as you can see here. The several layers of materials that came off this building were in really rough shape and the walls were not even close to being even or flush. The new wood that replaced the extensive punky or rotten areas was also an extensive task in itself.
Residential New Englander Project - Intervale, NH
Tucked away in the charming town of Intervale, NH just north of North Conway, NH, lies a grand New Englander home on Route 25A. This home, owned by Michael and Rachael stands proud in its own right as a house type named after the style developed right here in New England. The pictures here will show however, that the property was in dire need of attention to restore the staunch beauty that it so justly deserved.

Hampton Trailer Project - Hampton, NH
This mobile home located in a North Hampton, NH park was a very old unit ( a 1960’s era) and had many leaks in the roof as well as the sides and windows.
We stripped all the existing aluminum siding off and due to the age it had no sheathing underneath as well as the walls only being (2) two inches thick. We also removed all the windows and doors from this unit too. This unit also was built with a “hood” which was removed, structurally enforced and squared off to receive the vinyl corners.
Residential Cape Project - Claremont, NH
This main house (center section), in Claremont, NH, was built in 1942 when Frank and Roberta moved in. As their family grew, as you can see, so did the house with several additions to provide for the (8) eight children that they raised here. All the work was done by Frank, who has moved on to a permanent residence in the kingdom above, and his wife Roberta who maintains this home today with the help of her children not too far away.
