In April of 2010 new EPA regulations go into effect that govern how situations where lead paint has been discovered are handled by contractors and that require any person contracted to renovate, remodel, or remove lead paint to be certified by an approved agency. RemodCo Inc. (Norman Mabie) received this new certification on April 20th.
